Mission / Initiative

A foundation built on the belief that generosity is part of growing.

Mission statement

To provide resources through charitable contributions and fundraising to support programs and initiatives that benefit communities by promoting youth development and education, providing humanitarian assistance, and fostering cultural and social enrichment. Through these efforts the organization strives to strengthen communities and advance public welfare.

Youth development & education

We back programs that keep young people in structured, supported environments: athletics, tutoring, mentorship and health education.

Humanitarian assistance

When crisis hits, we move funding to organizations already on the ground delivering food, water, shelter and materials.

Cultural & social enrichment

We support the gatherings, traditions and community spaces that make a place worth coming home to.

Many hands. One leaf.

Sponsorships

Sponsor a season, a build, a community

Businesses and individuals fund our work directly. Sponsorship is how a team gets its equipment, a family gets its roof back, and a program gets another year.

Partners

The people who make it real

We raise and direct resources. Our partners put them to work where they already have trust, crews and logistics.

Melissa Relief: Hurricane Melissa Rebuilding Project

On October 28, 2025, Hurricane Melissa struck Jamaica as a Category 5 storm, the strongest ever recorded to hit the island. With winds near 185 mph, the storm devastated entire communities, particularly in the regions of St. Thomas, Portland, and St. Mary, leaving thousands of families displaced, without power, and without access to clean water.

Faced with a tragedy of this magnitude, Grabba Leaf decided to act. We donated $250,000 to support rebuilding efforts on the island, helping deliver food, clean water, construction materials, and essential support to families who lost nearly everything.

We believe successful businesses have a responsibility to give back, especially in moments of crisis like this one. Jamaica’s rebuilding is still ongoing, and we will continue following the impact of this donation closely and looking for ways to keep supporting this community that means so much to us.

02 · Field visit · Jamaica

Food for the Poor: a few days alongside the crews

Recently, our company owner and members of our HR team traveled to Jamaica to spend a few days alongside Food For the Poor. Founded in 1982, the organization has delivered more than 4.7 billion meals and built over 96,000 homes for families in vulnerable situations, bringing hope and dignity to those facing extreme poverty every day.

The visit came at a meaningful moment: Jamaica is still recovering from the damage caused by Hurricane Melissa, and Food For the Poor is on the front lines of rebuilding, delivering food, water, construction materials, and support to thousands of families.

We saw firsthand the impact small actions can have when carried out with purpose: homes being built, meals being served, and smiles being restored to those who need them most.

Being there, hearing real stories, and working side by side with Food For the Poor reinforced something we believe deeply: growing as a company also means growing in generosity and commitment to those who need it most.

Some moments from these special days.
